A man working as an umpire for children's baseball games in Broken Arrow has been arrested for a violating a sex offender requirement.

Because Tony Bickford is a registered sex offender, he's not allowed to work with kids.

Bickford is being held in the Tulsa County jail on $1,000 bond.
