Quick work by Tulsa firefighters helped keep an apartment fire from getting out of hand Friday afternoon.

Crews were called to the Tower Crossing Apartments near 41st and Garnett. The fire started on a balcony but quickly moved to the attic.

No word on the cost of damages. Four apartments were affected by the fire.

No one was home at the time.
