70-year-old Albert McManus is struggling to recover after he was severely beaten, tied up and left alone for several days.
McManus' sister told News on Six anchor Tami Marler her brother is out of intensive care, but is still in the hospital having a difficult time understanding what happened.
Sand Springs police tell us they're getting closer to finding the people who forced their way into McManus' home at the end of last week.
McManus told family members he was there for at least four days without clothing, food water, or the oxygen he's required to use every day.
His sister and brother-in-law were shocked when they found him.
Police say a man used McManus' bank card on March 18th.
Investigators say they've received several solid tips since they released this surveillance photo to the media.
If you think you recognize this person or you know who targeted Albert McManus, you're asked to call Sand Springs police at 918-245-8777.
