WOODWARD, Okla. (AP) _ The attorney for a woman who has been charged in the disappearance and suspected death of her young son files some legal motions in court.

Davis Christian filed two motions asking that the case be dropped because of the lack of aid he had received from the Woodward County Sheriff's Office when he tried to see his client. Christian also said there is a lack of reasonable doubt.

He says that since the filing of the application, he's had full access to Pollard without unreasonable delay.

Christian says if that continues there won't be a need for the relief.
