OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The state auditor's office says a short month and less live racing didn't keep Oklahoma's three racetrack casinos from gaining a profit in February.
Casinos at Remington Park, Will Rogers Downs and Blue Ribbon Downs took in about $6-million last month before operating expenses.
The total equaled a combined 6.5 percent over their January expenses.
Officials say though the earnings were less than what they originally projected, the revenue still means more money for state education programs and horse racing purses.
