Three elementary kids in Talihina are charged with petty larceny. The boys allegedly swiped a neighborâ€™s paper.

The kids were hauled to the police station where they were photographed and fingerprinted. The Talihina Police Chief calls the charges more of a scare tactic than an arrest. The boys do have an April court date.

One mother is outraged by the charges. Another says its okay, since she told her son not to steal the neighborâ€™s paper.
