Safe Discovered Near An Embankment

Somebody found a safe north Tulsa. It was located at 13100 East 56th Street North. Investigators want to know who the safe belongs to.

The safe is about three feet high and 18 inches wide. It was found full of water at the bottom of a steep embankment. Investigators aren't sure if it's from a bank burglary that happened during the ice storm.
