1 oz tuna 1 oz scallops 2 oz shrimp 2 T onions 1 tsp garlic 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 T parsley 1 T basil 1/2 T oregano 2 T tomato 6 oz cooked penne 3 oz Extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Add onions,garlic, salt, & pepper. Cook for two minutes. Add fish, scallops, and shrimp. Cook another three minutes or so. Add tomatoes, fresh herbs, and pasta; mix until pasta is hot.
