1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated angel hair pasta3 teaspoons olive oil 3 clove minced garlic 1 pound medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes with onions 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes in tomato sauce Juice of a small lime 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon vodka, if desired 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 teaspoon basil 1/4 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon parsley
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, set aside 2. Meanwhile heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and shrimp, cook 2 minutes. 3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until warm throughout. 4. Toss pasta with sauce and serve
