4 medium skinless chicken breast 1/3 cup taco sauce 3 tablespoons lime juice 2 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons chopped green chilies 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon oil 1/4 teaspoon Tobasco sauce 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
In a medium size bowl, mix taco sauce, lime juice, water, green chilies, garlic, Tobasco sauce and oil. Stir in ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Place chicken breast in bowl with marinade and turn until coated. Refrigerate covered for 2 to 3 hours. Prepare grill as directed by manufacturer. Place chicken breast on grill and cook until done, turning every 5 minutes. (Gas grill 20-25 minutes, Charcoal grill 35-45 minutes) Serve hot off the grill. Enjoy!
