2 pounds lean stew meat, cubed1 cup ketchup or chili sauce ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 cup tomato paste 1 cup water 1 onion, minced salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Place meat and onion in stock pot over medium-high heat. 2. In a medium bowl combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat, mix and cover. 3. Bring to a boil, turn down heat and simmer 3-4 hours until tender. Add extra water if mixture gets too thick. Mash meat with a fork until it is coarsely shredded. 4. Serve on hamburger buns.
