1/2 C. reduced calorie maple-flavored syrup 1/2 C. pineapple juice 3 T. vinegar 2 T. cornstarch 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 T. ketchup 1 pkg. (14 oz.) low-fat smoked sausage (1.5g fat per 2 oz.)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except sausage in a medium saucepan. Heat sauce over medium heat until thickened. Cut smoked sausage into 1/2 -inch pieces and add to sauce. Simmer 10 minutes.
