Ingredients:

1 bag (20 oz.) Fresh Express Zip Lock Garden Salad Bonus Pack 2 Red Delicious Apples, diced
2 Anjou or Bartlett pears, diced
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
1 cup walnuts, toasted
1 cup crumbled Blue Cheese
1 cup Golden Raisins
1 cup fresh raspberries

Directions:

Toss diced apple and pear with lemon juice; set aside. Place salad greens in a large bowl or on a platter. Top with apples and pears in lemon juice. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top. Toss lightly. Chill well.

Serve with Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing.
