Take nasturtium leaf with approximately 6-inch stem attached, wash and pat dry. Put leaf upside down on a plate with stem sticking straight up. Place 2 to 3 popcorn shrimp around stem. Add a dollop of cocktail sauce on a top of shrimp. Gather up leaf edges to form a purse and tie with one chive, trim leaf stem to about 3 to 4 inches so purse can be picked up from plate by stem.
