Butter-flavored cooking spray 1 small onion, cut in 1-inch wedges and separated ½ red bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces ½ green bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces ¾ C. sliced carrots 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 pkg. (14 oz.) low-fat Polska Kielbasa (2.5g fat per 2 ounces) ¼ C. brown sugar 2 T. steak sauce 1 T. cider vinegar 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 can (15 oz.) great northern beans or cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
Directions:
Spray a large skillet with butter-flavored cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Sauté onion, peppers, carrots and garlic 2-3 minutes. Slice Kielbasa links in half lengthwise, and then into 1 ½ -inch pieces diagonally. Add to vegetables. Combine to sauté another 2-3 minutes. In a small bowl, combine sugar, steak sauce, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Add to skillet. Continue to cook until heated throughout. Stir in beans, continuing to heat 1-2 minutes.
