Butter-flavored cooking spray 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped 1 pkg. (8 oz.) fat-free cream cheese, softened 1 C. fat-free sour cream 1 can (4.5 oz.) chopped green chilies with liquid 2 T. grated cheese blend of Parmesan, Romano and Asiago 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes 1 ½ tsp. minced garlic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Bake approximately 15-20 minutes or until hot. Serve with crackers or assorted vegetables.
