Butter-flavored cooking spray1/4 C. chopped onion 1/3 C. chopped green pepper 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits (with juice) 2 T. vinegar 1 T. reduced-sodium soy sauce 1/3 C. packed brown sugar 1/3 C. ketchup 1 pkg. (14 oz.) low-fat hot dogs (1.5g fat or less each), cut into 1-inch pieces 1 can (31 oz.) baked beans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a large skillet with butter-flavored cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Add onion and green pepper. Sauté until onion is clear. Add pineapple, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and ketchup. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour beans into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add hot dogs and pineapple mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
