Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 pint blueberries
1 egg
1 cup milk
4 Tablespoons Canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Sift the dry ingredients together in alarge bowl. Add in blueberries ( washed and stems removed) Mix egg, milk and oil in small bowl. Fold in dry ingredients very gently until blended. Add vanilla. Divide batter among 16 muffin cups in greased muffin pan. Sprinkle each muffin with topping mixture.

Topping: 8 Tablesppons sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 2 Tablesppons fresh grated nutmeg.

Bake muffins at 400 degrees until lightly browned.
