1 red delicious apple, cored and chopped 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped 1/2 cup seedless raisins 1/2 cup golden raisins 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup cubed Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts Juice of 1 orange 1 cup (8 ounces) vanilla yogurt Cinnamon for garnish
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the red and green apples, raisins, celery, cheese and nuts. Blend orange juice into yogurt. Pour over salad. Toss well. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
