Neighborhood Near Tulsa's Gathering Place Flooded
<p>People living near Tulsa's Gathering Place are sandbagging their homes. Water began rapidly rising in the neighborhood this afternoon. We have confirmed with police it is STORM water. Officers say the pump did not fail it just couldn't keep up with the amount of water going into the neighborhood and the water ended up spilling into the street.</p><p></p><p></p>Wednesday, May 29th 2019, 7:45 pm
