Law Enforcement Finds Missing Mayes County Child Alive

The Mayes County Sheriff’s Office said they are searching for a missing child.

Authorities said Jesse Dale Young was playing on his family's property when he went missing around 11 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Teams have been searching through the night to try and find him.

Young went missing from his home north of Salina near the Eastern edge of Lake Hudson.

Young's family said he was last seen wearing a pull-up and crocs.

News On 6 spoke with Steve Smith, the operations manager for the area ambulance service.

He is also Jesse's uncle has been searching since yesterday.

He said the terrain can be dangerous for a child.
