Sand Springs Police Search For 2 Men After Multiple Cars Burglarized

Sand Springs Police Officers are looking for two men Tuesday morning after they said they burglarized several cars at an apartment complex. 

Sand Springs Police said while they were investigating the burglary calls, they thought they heard shots fired in their direction.

They said the car burglaries happened at an apartment complex near 412 and 81st West Avenue.

They said they heard the shots then started setting up a perimeter.

Tulsa County Sheriffs Office helped with the search, and TPD brought their K-9 unit to help.

Police said they questioned a man they found near the area, but said they don’t believe he’s connected at this time.

Officers say they’ve ended their search for right now.
