Tulsa Police Investigate After Stolen Truck Pursuit

Tulsa Police say they’re looking for a man who stole a truck and led them on an overnight chase.

Police say the stolen truck is now back with the owner. It was a Dodge diesel truck with a trailer carrying another small pickup.

Officers say the victim heard someone starting his truck outside his house near Pine and Sheridan. He called police who later saw the suspect driving the truck near Admiral and Yale and chased after it. 

The suspect eventually drove off the road and crashed into a homeless camp before he took off running. The suspect still hasn’t been found. 

Police say the suspect’s girlfriend was following in a Chevy Suburban and she admitted to officers that they stole the truck.

She was arrested but her name hasn’t been released.
