Tulsa police are looking for the person they said shot two teenagers in the head after a gun battle near 11th and Garnett.

Police said the two juveniles are expected to survive.

Police said when they got to the scene, they found two juveniles who had been shot in the head but were still walking around.

Officers said there were at least a dozen shell casings all over the place.

Police said several neighbors called saying they heard a significant gun battle outside.

Officers said they learned the suspect and victims had a fight and drove over to the neighborhood.

Police said that is when shots were fired, and both of the juveniles were shot in the head.

Officers said they don't think this shooting was random and said the two victims are very lucky to be alive.

They said they aren't sure if both sides were shooting.

Police said they believe the victims know the shooter.
