A&E Cancels Live P.D. After Nation-Wide Protests

According to Entertainment Tonight, A&E has cancelled the popular television show Live P.D.

The show featured the Tulsa Police Department as well as Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Mayor G.T. Bynum recently announced the city would not renew its contract with the show after George Floyd's death in Minneapolis police custody.

The long-running show Cops is also coming to an end.

Paramount Network decided to cancel the show ahead of its 33rd season, which was supposed to premiere on Monday.
