The last living suspect accused of kidnapping and killing two girls 20 years ago waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Monday.

Ronnie Busick is scheduled to appear in court again on July 15th for district court arraignment, at which time he could enter a plea deal.

Lauria Bible and Ashley Freemen disappeared 20 years ago after a sleepover in Welch. Investigators say Busick and two other men kidnapped the 16-year-old girls-- killed them-- then dumped their bodies.
