WATCH: Video Shows Man Steal Vehicle In Tulsa

Tulsa police are searching for a man they said stole a car on video.

Police said the video showed a man on a bicycle was waiting near 31st and Memorial Monday night.

They said the man found a car with a loose window but kept riding. Police said he then came back hours later to push the window down and unlock the car.

Officers said he hid his bike before getting back into the car and driving away. Police said he returned for the bike later.
