City Of Tulsa To Regulate Size Of Large Gatherings

Starting July 16, the City of Tulsa will start regulating large gatherings. Any event with more than 500 people must receive guidance from the Tulsa Health Department in advance.

Tulsa Mayor GT Bynum said, "Organizations in the Tulsa metro can develop a safety plan, specifically for your facility, and then present it to the staff at the Tulsa Health Department for review. Department staff will review plans, and either suggest improvements, or approve them."

The city is not requiring people to wear masks, but they are strongly encouraging it. The City of Tulsa gave this message on Thursday: "Wear it, don't share it!"
