A Broken Arrow woman, on probation after serving Time for accessory to murder, is now facing new charges.
Courtney Manzer has bonded out of jail, but records show Broken Arrow officers arrested her early Sunday morning on DUI and child endangerment complaints. The arrest and booking report said Manzer's car crashed into an SUV in a Broken Arrow neighborhood around 11 p.m. Saturday.
The report said witnesses told officers they saw Manzer getting out of the driver's seat, then saw her chasing after the car as it rolled forward into the SUV. According to the report, witnesses told police they helped get a toddler out of car seat in the car before officers arrived. The arrest report said Manzer smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech when talking with officers.
It said she told officers she had just gotten off work, had two drinks earlier in the night and was picking up her children from her sister's house. The report said Manzer claimed she was the only person in the car when it crashed.
Officers reported they performed several tests and determined Manzer was intoxicated, so they arrested her.
Manzer is currently on probation for accessory to murder. Investigators said Manzer witnessed the murder of 18-year-old Jarret Clark in 2006, then staged evidence. After a nearly decade's long investigation, officers arrested Manzer and two others. All three pleaded guilty.

A judge sentenced Manzer to two years in prison followed by five years’ probation. Court records show one of the conditions of the probation order Manzer signed was that she couldn't drink alcohol.
Manzer has a court date scheduled for July 14 on the DUI and child endangerment arrest.
