Prosecutors Awaiting More Guidance After SCOTUS Decision On Tribal Cases

The Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that the state of Oklahoma does not have the jurisdiction to prosecute a Native citizen for a crime that happened on tribal lands.

Prosecutors all over Oklahoma have been tracking the landmark case, and said the ruling has the possibility of reshaping the criminal justice system in Oklahoma.
