Tulsa Police Identify Victim In Seminole Hills Shooting

Tulsa police have identified the teen victim who was shot and killed at the Seminole Hills Apartments near Virgin and Highway 75.

16-year-old Guillermo Garcia was pronounced dead at approximately 4 am on Saturday after police say he was shot while walking in front of the apartments. A witness said someone in a light-colored vehicle approached from the East on Virgin and fired multiple shots.
