The Census Bureau said the Tulsa self-response rate is below the national average of 62 percent and is sitting at 58.9 percent currently.
That is higher than the average response for the rest of the state, which is 56.3 percent.
The Bureau said $675 Billion in federal funds and trillions over the next decade are dependent on this count.
