Car Crashes After Pursuit With Owasso, Tulsa Police

Tulsa and Owasso Police are searching for a suspect after a pursuit ended in a crash near 31st Street and Skelly.

According to Owasso police, the pursuit started after a shop-lifting incident. As the pursuit continued OPD requested help from Tulsa Police and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. After TPD officers joined the pursuit the driver crashed their vehicle at 7800 S Memorial damaging a traffic signal.

Police were able to take one suspect into custody but another suspect is on the run. Police are looking for a a female with a scar over her left eye. Officers say she was seen running off into a nearby neighborhood.
