Local Superheroes Spread Cheer Across Oklahoma

A group of Oklahomans is proving you don’t need powers to be a superhero.

Arlene Lexamana helped form the charity organization "Real Okie Superheroes" back in 2018. Their mission is to help bring happiness into the lives of families facing hardships.

Captain America, Wonder Woman, and Spiderman are just some of the surprise guests who deliver personalized care packages and donations.

These superheroes aren't letting the pandemic stop their mission. They're holding socially-distanced events and live-streamed story times.
