As the 2020 election nears, the United States Postal Service launched a new Election Mail website, intended to ensure voters have the information they need to vote by mail.

This website offers information for voters to make sure they are able to submit their ballot on time, including direct links to additional state and federal-specific resources. The information also addresses election officials across the country to ensure they are prepared as well.

In a statement, the USPS said, “the Postal Service recognizes that many states are choosing to expand mail-in voting options in the upcoming elections and that there will likely be a significant increase in demand among postal customers to participate in those elections by using the mail.”

For more information on mail-in voting, visit the new website here.
