Tulsa Police Search For Suspect After Man Found Dead At Cedar Lane Apartments

We’re learning new details about Tulsa’s most recent homicide as police say they are now searching for the man’s killer.

Detectives have identified the victim as Steven Wood and they knew this was a suspicious situation from the very beginning.

Police say Wood’s family members went to check on him at the Cedar Lane Apartments near 21st and Sheridan Tuesday evening. The relatives found him dead and called 911.

When officers arrived they said Wood had visible signs of trauma to his head and they also noticed that several items were missing from his apartment.

Right now, it’s not clear who might be responsible for his death.
