Semi Rollover On Broken Arrow Expressway Blocked Lane, Trailer Ripped From Cab

A rollover crash on westbound Broken Arrow Expressway just east of Sheridan has left one man in the hospital.

A semi-truck carrying a load of plastic rolls, lost control and hit a streetlight before slamming into the barrier and rolling over, blocking most of the westbound expressway.

The trailer connected to the semi-truck ripped from the truck leaving pieces still connected and the trailer overturned between the ramp and the concrete barrier.

Tulsa Fire Department said they were able to pull the driver from a window.

Police said the driver had minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
