TPD Officers Surprise Young Girl At Zootopia-Themed Birthday Party

A few Tulsa Police officers threw a special birthday surprise for a little girl.

She is a huge fan of the Disney movie Zootopia and had a Zootopia-themed birthday party. She even dressed up as the movie’s main character, Judy Hopps, who is a police officer.

Several female Tulsa officers decided to surprise her at her party.
