Police: Suspect Arrested In Tulsa Drug Bust

Authorities have arrested a suspect Thursday after police said drugs were found during a traffic stop in Tulsa.

A large police presence could be seen near South Peoria Avenue and East 37th Street.

Police said a large amount of meth was found in the vehicle.

We're told the U.S. Marshal's Task Force was searching for the suspect after he ran away in the area.

That suspect, identified as Hosea Ruiz, was arrested.

Witnesses said five people were detained during the incident.

No injuries were reported.

Police said Ruiz is facing multiple complaints including assault on a police officer.
