Here are six things to know before you set your alarm for Friday.

.FOOD FOR KIDS: Due to the pandemic, one out of three Oklahoma children are at risk of going to bed hungry. Friday is our Food For Kids push day. Craig Day will be at the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma throughout the day, asking for your donations. A $1 donation pays for four meals.

.THUNDER VOTE: The Oklahoma City Thunder is hosting a registration drive event at Guthrie Green Friday afternoon. You can register onsite or grab a kit with postage to take home.

.DINING IN THE STREETS: On Friday, you can dine on Main Street. The Tulsa Arts District is hosting a street party every Friday and Saturday, putting tables on the street outside of local favorites like The Tavern and Prairie, to name a few. There will also be live music.

.JEEP JAM: The Okie Jeep Jam is coming to Muskogee. It’s a chance to show off your Jeep and meet other enthusiasts all while raising money for local children’s charities at Hatbox Field.

.SPOOKY SPIRIT: It’s the first day of the Halloween Festival at the Castle of Muskogee. Every Friday and Saturday in October, you can get into the spooky spirit with options for all ages – and scare levels.

.ON THE GRIDIRON: It’s time for Friday night football with our Game of the Week: Broken Arrow at Jenks. It’s the first district game for both teams after last week’s cancellations due to COVID-19.
