THD Head, Dr. Dart Says He Does Not Recommend Cancelling Halloween Activities

The head of the Tulsa Health Department, Dr. Bruce Dart said that he does not plan to recommend canceling any Halloween activities like trick-or-treating.

Dart Said, "Frankly to be honest, I can't think of a better opportunity to have some fun while wearing a mask."

According to Dr. Dart Halloween can still be safe and fun for families as long as everyone continues to follow CDC guidelines like any other night of the year.
