The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton announced the wildlife photographer of the year over the weekend.
Finalists submitted their photos of some of the rarest sites in the animal kingdom.
Sergey Gorshkov was this year's winner with his picture titled "The Embrace" taken of an Amur Tiger from the Russian Far East.
This year the judges had to choose from nearly 50,000 submissions from around the world.
The award was through Britain's National History Museum.
