New Study Finds 58% Of Workers Believe They are More Productive Working From Home

A new study from the consulting firm Korn Ferry has found that 58% of workers believe they are more productive when working from home.

According to the survey, workers said they can get more done even with the distraction of kids and spouses.

The same survey found that only 14% of the companies polled plan to make it mandatory for employees to return to work.
