Tulsa Man Facing Murder Charge In Connection To April Fatal Shooting

A Tulsa man faces first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill charges in connection to a fatal shooting from April.

Police said Emeir Brown shot Kimberly Hopkins near Pine and Peoria. They said a man was also shot and left paralyzed.

Police said Brown was already in jail on related gun and drug charges when they connected him to the April shooting.
