Man Accused Of Shooting At Sheriff's Deputy During Chase Arrested, Deputies Say

The suspect who police say shot at a deputy during a car chase on Monday night has been arrested and is now in the custody of Light Horse Police.

The suspect who has been accused of shooting at a deputy during a car chase on Monday night has been arrested and is now in the custody of Light Horse Police.

Dustin Harris was involved in a police chase around 10:45 p.m. on Monday just north of Henryetta when he fired a gun at the deputy in pursuit. The deputy involved in the chase was unhurt.

There is no word on where authorities found Harris.
