A traveling exhibit honoring thousands of veterans who have died since 9/11 made a stop at Owasso High School Wednesday night.

It’s called ‘Remembering Our Fallen.’

The exhibit displays the names and pictures of thousands of fallen service members and is, in one word, powerful.

It holds special meaning for Gold Star mother Noala Fritz. That's not only because she travels all over the country and helps put the exhibit together, but also because her own son is honored in the exhibit.

Jake Fritz was an Iraq War veteran who died in 2007 while serving overseas.

Noala said no matter how hard it gets, she wants to make sure that these veterans are remembered forever.

"I know that our men and women are not going to be forgotten," Fritz said. "They'll take a name or picture with them as they leave today."

The exhibit is open until 7 p.m. Wednesday, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
