Sen. Lankford Co-Sponsors Resolution Recognizing November As Native American Heritage Month

Senator James Lankford co-sponsored a Senate Resolution recognizing the month of November as Native American Heritage Month.

Lankford is a member of the Senate Committee on India Affairs.

"The contributions of indigenous people in Oklahoma and across the nation are evident in our heritage and culture, Lankford said. "We celebrate those this month."

Lankford added that he is honored to serve Oklahoma's tribal citizens.
