Deputies: Surveillance Shows Man Stealing From Porter Water Department

Deputies said the man stole a city pickup truck, broke one of the truck windows with a shovel and drove away.

They said he then broke into the water department office inside the Porter City Hall and stole several hundred dollars.

They said he has a distinctive tattoo on his neck.
