Federal prosecutors have charged a woman in October’s shooting at a Sapulpa haunted house.
The U.S. Attorney said Savannah O’Banion was with a man at the Hex house when staff members asked them to leave. Witnesses told News on 6 at the time, the man was drunk and he shot a security guard before he and O’Banion left.
O’Banion has been charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. Charges have not yet been filed against that man.
Federal prosecutors also believe the two were involved in two other shots fired incidents in Tulsa and Broken Arrow in September.
