Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a man is dead and another man is injured after a Mayes County crash.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a man is dead and another man is injured after a Mayes County crash.

Troopers say the driver, Domingko Nennis, was speeding and missed a curve on State Highway 20 near Spaninaw which caused him to hit a tree. Nennis was pronounced dead at the scene while his passenger was transported to a Tulsa hospital for a head injury. The passenger is expected to recover.

No other cars were involved in the crash.
